Nicotinamide-d₃ (Niacinamide-d₃) is deuterium labeled Nicotinamide. Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B3 or niacin. Nicotinamide Hydrochloride inhibits SIRT2 activity (IC₅₀: 2 μM).
