BRD9 Degrader-1 is a selective BRD9 PROTAC degrader with a DC₅₀ of 108 nM. In Vitro

BRD9 Degrader-1 (Compound 13-7) (0-30 μM; 2 h) synergistically induces the formation of a ternary complex of BRD9 and VHL in HEK293T cells, with an EC₅₀ of 17 nM, a maximum response rate of 1452%, and no hook effect even at concentrations as high as 30 μM^[1].
BRD9 Degrader-1 (10 μM; 24 h) induces proteasome-dependent degradation of BRD9-eGFP in HEK293T cells^[1].
BRD9 Degrader-1 (0-30 μM; 24 h) induces dose-dependent degradation of BRD9-eGFP in HEK293T cells, with no hook effect observed at the highest concentration of 30 μM^[1].
