BRD9 Degrader-1
BRD9 Degrader-1 is a selective BRD9 PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of 108 nM. BRD9 Degrader-1 induces the formation of a ternary complex between BRD9 and VHL, with an EC50 of 17 nM, and shows no hook effect at high concentrations. BRD9 Degrader-1 can be used for the research of synovial sarcoma.

BRD9 Degrader-1 (Compound 13-7) (0-30 μM; 2 h) synergistically induces the formation of a ternary complex of BRD9 and VHL in HEK293T cells, with an EC50 of 17 nM, a maximum response rate of 1452%, and no hook effect even at concentrations as high as 30 μM[1].
BRD9 Degrader-1 (10 μM; 24 h) induces proteasome-dependent degradation of BRD9-eGFP in HEK293T cells[1].
BRD9 Degrader-1 (0-30 μM; 24 h) induces dose-dependent degradation of BRD9-eGFP in HEK293T cells, with no hook effect observed at the highest concentration of 30 μM[1].
