9MW3811 is an anti-IL-11 antibody with an EC50 of 0.1-0.3 nM against hIL-11, mouse, rat, and Canis IL-11. 9MW3811 blocks the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway. 9MW3811 has a synergistic effect with anti-PD-1 antibodies, even in PD-1 non-responsive models. 9MW3811 shows antitumor effects in NSCLC, LUAD, lung cancer, and liver cancer models. 9MW3811 can be used for research on solid tumors and hepatocellular carcinoma.
