(S)-JNJ-3738 (Compound 150) inhibits wild-type CDK7 in A549 cells with pIC₅₀ values of 6.5 and 6.34, but shows no significant activity against mutant hCDK7 in A549 cells^[1].
(S)-JNJ-3738 (20 nM) is an irreversible inhibitor of purified CDK7 enzyme, with K_i values of 0.283192 μM and 0.179643 μM^[1].
