Description

SRG-II-19F (dCym-JQ1) is a BRDTBD1 PROTAC degrader. dCym-JQ1 (SRG-II-19F) (10 μM; 0-30 min) induces ClpC1P1P2-mediated degradation of BRDT_BD1 substrate in vitro, and this degradation is strongly inhibited by equimolar amounts of Mycobacterium smegmatis ClpC2^[1].
