DAO-dBET1 (1 μM; 72 h) induces apoptosis and activates Caspase 3/7 activity in hypoxic, cathepsin L-activated MDA-MB-231 cells^[1].
DAO-dBET1 (0.1 nM-10 μM; 72 h) exhibits cytotoxic activity by inhibiting cell viability in MDA-MB-231 cells with hypoxia and cathepsin L activity^[1].

Others

DAO-dBET1 (0.05-5.0 μM; 24 h) induces BRD4 protein degradation in MDA-MB-231, HeLa and HEK-293 cells (under hypoxic conditions with active cathepsin L), while it barely induces BRD4 protein degradation under normoxic conditions with inhibited cathepsin L activity^[1].
