Abemaciclib metabolite M20 (200 nM and 500 nM, 6-8 days) induces senescence in breast cancer cells[2]. Abemaciclib metabolite M20 inhibits the growth and cell cycle progression of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells, colorectal cancer (CRC) cells, and breast cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner[2]. Abemaciclib metabolite has an IC50 value for CDK4 and CDK6 in the range of 1-3 nM[2].
