GW 841819X
Based on 1 publication(s) in Google Scholar
GW 841819X is a benzodiazepine inhibitor of bromodomains of the BET family (BRD2, BRD3, BRD4) that inhibits the binding of Diazepam to central GABA receptors. GW 841819X can be used in the research of BET bromodomain-related diseases, such as cancer.

体外実験
GW 841819X (compound 7) inhibits purified BRD2, BRD3, and BRD4 bromodomain proteins in fluorescence polarization binding assays, with pIC50 values of 5.9, 6.2, and 6.3, respectively[1].
GW 841819X induces ApoA1 reporter gene activity in stable human HepG2 hepatocytes, with an EC170 of 0.22 μM[1].
GW 841819X inhibits lipopolysaccharide-induced IL-6 production in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (pIC50 = 6.8), and suppresses the binding of benzodiazepines to central GABA receptors[1].
