In Vitro

PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-22 (Compound 44h) (0.001-0.1 μM; 24 h) potently degrades BRD4 in MOLT4 cells, with near-complete degradation at 0.01 and 0.1 μM after 24 h, and induces partial degradation of BRD3 and BRD2 at higher concentrations^[1].
