STING
Stimulator of Interferon Genes; TMEM173; MITA; ERIS; MPYS
Stimulator of interferon genes (STING) is an integral ER-membrane protein that can be activated by 2'3'-cGAMP synthesized by cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate synthase (cGAS) upon binding of double-stranded DNA. It activates interferon (IFN) and inflammatory cytokine responses to defend against infection by microorganisms.
STING is a key cytosolic receptor for small nucleotides and plays a key role in anticancer and antiviral immunity. STING signaling pathway is also a critical link between innate and adaptive immunity, and induces anti-tumor immune responses. STING agonists, such as endogenous cyclic dinucleotide (CDN) cyclic GMP-AMP (cGAMP), have been used in diverse research for immunogenic tumor clearance, antiviral treatments and vaccine adjuvants.

cGAMP disodium
0 ImagesSynonyms: Cyclic GMP-AMP disodium; 3',3'-cGAMP disodiumcGAMP (Cyclic GMP-AMP) disodium functions as an endogenous second messenger in metazoans and triggers interferon production in response to cytosolic DNA. cGAMP diammonium activates stimulator of interferon genes (STING), which activates a signaling cascade leading to the production of type I interferons and other immune mediators. -

Lartesertib
0 ImagesSynonyms: M4076; ATM Inhibitor-5Lartesertib (M4076) is an inhibitor of the serine/threonine protein kinase ATM with high potency. Lartesertib can inhibit the growth of multiple hematopoietic cell lines. Additionally, when combined with the ATR inhibitor Tuvusertib (HY-111451), Lartesertib can promote the death of tumor cells, activate the immune signaling pathway, and exhibit anti-tumor activity. -

Astin C
0 ImagesSynonyms: AsterinAstin C (Asterin) is a cyclopeptide that can be extracted from Aster tataricus. Astin C has anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activities. Astin C can specifically inhibit the cGAS-STING signaling pathway, block the recruitment of IRF3 to the STING signalosome, and thus inhibit the innate inflammatory response. Astin C can be used in the research of autoimmune diseases and cancers. -

diABZI-V/C-DBCO
0 ImagesdiABZI-V/C-DBCO is a STING agonist with an EC50 of 1.47 nM. diABZI-V/C-DBCO activates the STING pathway, induces the production of IFN-I, and stimulates the secretion of IFN-β. diABZI-V/C-DBCO serves as a substrate for cathepsin B, and releases active diABZI-amine via cathepsin B-mediated cleavage. In an orthotopic mouse model of breast cancer, diABZI-V/C-DBCO increases serum IFN-β levels and the frequency of granzyme B+ CD8+ T cells. diABZI-V/C-DBCO is applicable to research related to triple-negative breast cancer. -

NVS-STG2
0 ImagesNVS-STG2 is a molecular glue that targets STINGSTING by binding to pockets between adjacent STING dimer transmembrane domains, effectively acting as a molecular glue. NVS-STGI enhances the activity of cGAMP by inducing the formation of more abundant and larger oligomers. NVS-STG2 produces antitumor activity in animal models. -
