PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-1
Based on 1 Customer Validation
PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-1 is a PROTAC connected by ligands for Cereblon and BRD4 with an IC50 of 41.8 nM against BRD4 BD1. PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-1 can effectively degrade BRD4 protein and suppress c-Myc expression.
(Pink: BRD4 BD1 ligand (HY-150941); Blue: Cereblon ligand (HY-10984); Black: linker (HY-108369)).

PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-1 (compound 21) (2.5 μM; 24 hours) shows high inhibitory activity against the growth of human monocyte lymphoma cell line THP-1, with the IC50 value of 0.81 μM, and moderate activity against Raji and HL-60 cell lines[1]. PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-1 (1 μM; 24 hours) effectively induces the degradation of BRD4 protein and suppression of c-Myc, while pomalidomide couldn’t degrade BRD4 at the low concentration[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Select the appropriate dissolution method based on your experimental animal and administration route.
- For the following dissolution methods, please ensure to first prepare a clear stock solution using an In Vitro approach and then sequentially add co-solvents:
- To ensure reliable experimental results, the clarified stock solution can be appropriately stored based on storage conditions. As for the working solution for In Vivo experiments, it is recommended to prepare freshly and use it on the same day.
- The percentages shown for the solvents indicate their volumetric ratio in the final prepared solution. If precipitation or phase separation occurs during preparation, heat and/or sonication can be used to aid dissolution.
