In Vitro

DH20931 potently inhibits the growth of MDA-MB231, MDA-MB468, BT474, MCF7, and T47D cancer cells with IC₅₀ values of 3.9, 1.8, 0.3, 1.3 and 1.0 μM^[1].
DH20931 significantly reduces the required IC₅₀ of Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) by 3-8-fold, resulting in hyper-activation of the UPR, maximized ATF4/CHOP/PUMA expression, and a marked increase in cleaved caspase-3^[2].
