In Vitro

PRO-HD2 (500 nM-5 μM; 24 h) efficiently degrades HDAC6 in A549 cells. After 24 h of incubation, almost complete depletion of HDAC6 is observed at concentrations ≥ 500 nM^[1].
PRO-HD2 (0.5-1 μM; 12-48 h) efficiently degrades HDAC6 in MCF-7, HCT-116, A549 and Jurkat cells^[1].
PRO-HD2 (48 h) inhibits the proliferation of Jurkat cells, with an IC₅₀ of 2.62 μM after 48 h of incubation^[1].
