MRT-7612 is a Cereblon-based Tyrosine kinase Molecular glue degrader. MRT-7612 significantly induces the degradation of HCK and LYN, while its degradation effect on LCK is weaker. MRT-7612 can be used for research on cancers such as chronic myeloid leukemia, autoimmune diseases, and chronic inflammatory diseases.
