Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; genitourinary system; heart; nervous system; and sensory organ. Used to study Down syndrome. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in Down syndrome; autism spectrum disorder; autosomal dominant non-syndromic intellectual disability 7; and intellectual disability.
