PIN1-IN-7
PIN1-IN-8 is a covalent inhibitor of Pin1, with IC50 values of 4.19 μM and 1.54 μM against purified Pin1 and Pin1 enzymatic activity, respectively. PIN1-IN-7 exerts antiproliferative effects and induces apoptosis by downregulating c-Myc and Cyclin D1. PIN1-IN-7 can be used in the research of triple-negative breast cancer.

PIN1-IN-7 (Compound T7) inhibits the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 and HCT116 cancer cells after 96 h, with IC50 values of 14.35 μM and 13.80 μM, respectively[1].
PIN1-IN-7 (96-120 h) inhibits the proliferation of breast cancer cell lines, with IC50 values of 14.35 μM and 6.89 μM against MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468, respectively[1].
PIN1-IN-7 (14 days) potently inhibits the colony-forming ability of MDA-MB-231 and HCT116 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 1.14 μM and 3.36 μM, respectively[1].
PIN1-IN-7 (2-8 μM; 24-72 h) induces apoptosis and G0/G1 phase arrest in MDA-MB-468 cells, and inhibits cell migration[1].
PIN1-IN-7 (12-48 h) reduces Pin1 substrates, inhibits oncoproteins such as c-Myc and cyclin D1, and upregulates the cleavage of the apoptotic signaling protein PARP1 in MDA-MB-468 cells[1].
