PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-46 (Compound 6) (5 h) potently degrades BRD4 via a CRBN-dependent mechanism in HiBiT-BRD4-tagged HEK293 cells, with a DC₅₀ of 172 nM and a D_max of up to 95%^[1].
PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-46 (0.003-1 μM; 5 h) selectively degrades BRD4, BRD2, BRD3 and MYC in NB-4 cells, without degrading IMiD-related neo-substrates Ikaros, Aiolos, GSPT1, CSNK1A1 and RAB28^[1].
