MRT-7612 (45 min) induces ternary complex formation between CRBN and LCK, HCK, LYN, and BLK in a cell-free TR-FRET assay^[1].
MRT-7612 (up to 10 µM; 3 h) induces ternary complex formation of CRBN with LCK, HCK, LYN, and BLK in HEK293 NanoBRET assays, and this binding depends on the G-loop glycine^[1].
