In Vitro
1-Stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol (0.3-3 μM) augments nonselective cation channel (NSCC) activity in airway smooth muscle cells[1].
1-Stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol (0-5 μM) exerts significantly stimulatory effects on activation of PKCα, PKCδ, PKCγ, PKCε and PKCβI[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
