CLK1-IN-5 (Compound 2) potently inhibits purified mouse CLK1 protein, with an IC₅₀ of 23 nM and a ligand efficiency of 0.56^[1].
CLK1-IN-5 (2 h) binds to ectopically expressed CLK1, DYRK1A, and DYRK2 in HEK293T cells, with EC₅₀ values of 3443, 8414, and > 10000 nM, respectively^[1].
