In Vitro

PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-41 (compound 57) (10.00-30.00 μM) induces EZH2 degradation at 10.00 μM and 30.00 μM in SU-DHL-6 cells, and potently inhibits the proliferation of SU-DHL-6 and HBL-1 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells with IC50 values of 10.22 μM and 10.17 μM, respectively[1].
