Biological Activity
CDK2 degrader 2 selectively degrades CDK2 through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway (UPP)[1].
Cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates cell cycle progression and cell division, followed by the heterodimerized with regulatory subunits known as cyclins, such as cyclin E1. Dysfunction of CDK2 leads to the proliferation inhibition of cancer cells, which can be used in anticancer researchs[1].
