CDK7-IN-30
CDK7-IN-30 (Compound 22) is a CDK7 inhibitor (IC50 = 7.21 nM) that effectively inhibits the phosphorylation of RNA Polymerase II and CDK2. CDK7-IN-30 CDK7-IN-30 can induce cell apoptosis and has anti-cancer activity and can be used in cancer research.

CDK7-IN-30 (Compound 22) demonstrates potent antiproliferative effects on cancer cells, with IC50 values of 288.0 nM (RS4;11), 174.6 nM (MM.1S), 37.5 nM (Mino), and 168.7 nM (Jeko-1), respectively. Meanwhile, CDK7-IN-30 exhibits weaker inhibitory effects on normal blood cells PBMCs, with an IC50 value of 757.9 nM[1].
CDK7-IN-30 (50-500 nM; 24 h) causes cell cycle arrest in G1/S phase and (100-1000 nM; 48 h) promotes apoptosis in MV4-11 cells[1].
