Antiproliferative agent-85
Antiproliferative agent-85 is a CDK1 (CDC2) modulator. Antiproliferative agent-85 promotes M-phase transition by reducing inhibitory phosphorylation, and increases cyclin B1 protein expression and intracellular accumulation as well as pro-apoptotic BAX protein expression, thereby inducing M-phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis through the intrinsic mitochondrial apoptosis (Apoptosis) pathway. Antiproliferative agent-85 can be used for research on breast cancer.

In Vitro
Antiproliferative agent-85 selectively inhibits the proliferation of MDA-MB-468, JIMT-1, and SKBr3 breast cancer cells with IC50 values of 7.05, 7.19, and 9.48 μM, respectively, and exhibits a CC50 of 20.13 μM in MCF-10A cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
