Description

JAK1/2-IN-3 is a JAK1 and JAK2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 14.73 nM and 10.03 nM, respectively. JAK1/2-IN-3 induces G2/M cell cycle arrest, and induces intrinsic apoptosis via increased Bax and caspase 3/7 levels and reduced Bcl2 expression. JAK1/2-IN-3 (Compound 3i) inhibits HT-29, MCF-7, HL-60 and HCT-116 cells, with IC50 values of 1.02 μM, 1.87 μM, 7.92 μM and 1.27 μM, respectively. JAK1/2-IN-3 exhibits lower toxicity toward normal WI-38 cells (IC50: 19.93 μM)[1].
JAK1/2-IN-3 (1.02 µM; 24 hours) induces apoptosis in HT-29 cells[1].
JAK1/2-IN-3 (1.02 µM; 24 hours) causes induction of G2/M cell cycle arrest in HT-29 cells[1].
JAK1/2-IN-3 (1.02 µM; 48 hours) increases Bax and caspase 3/7 levels and reduces Bcl2 expression in HT-29 cells[1].
