Elevenostat (10 μM; 4-16 h) inhibits the maturation of mouse oocytes, leading to spindle disintegration and chromosome dislocation[2].
Elevenostat (750 nM; 48 h) induces apoptosis in MM1.S cells, with about 31.4% of cells expressing activated caspase-3[3].
Elevenostat (10-8-10-4 M; 72 h) shows severe cytotoxicity to human multiple myeloma cells with an IC50 ranging from 0.803 to 3.410 μM[3].

Animal Model:5TGM1/C57BL/KaLwRij mouse multiple myeloma model[3]

Dosage:1 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg

Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.); once daily for the first 10 days and every alternate day for the rest of the treatment period until mice reached disease endpoint.

Result:Effectively inhibited tumor growth.
Decrease serum IgG2b level.
Significantly prolonged the survival period of tumor-bearing mice.
Was well-tolerated at these doses and dosing frequencies, supported by lack of changes in body weight.
