CDK2/TrkA-IN-1
CDK2/TrkA-IN-1 is a CDK2/TrkA inhibitor with IC50 values of 6.81 μM and 10.13 μM, respectively. CDK2/TrkA-IN-1 modulates cell cycle and cell proliferation signaling pathways and acts on EGFR and VEGFR-2 tyrosine kinases. CDK2/TrkA-IN-1 exhibits antiproliferative activity against MCF‑7, HCT‑116, and A‑549 tumor cells, with low toxicity to normal human lung fibroblasts. CDK2/TrkA-IN-1 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in tumor cells. CDK2/TrkA-IN-1 can be used for research on breast cancer, colon cancer, and lung cancer.
