PP162

PP162 is a selective DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 53 nM. PP162 selectively inhibits DNA-PK by binding to a conserved hydrophobic pocket. PP162 exhibits weak inhibitory activity against various tyrosine kinases and PI3K family members. PP162 can be used for research on selective kinase targeting.

PP162 selectively inhibits purified DNA-PK with an IC₅₀ of 53 nM, and in cell-free kinase assays it also inhibits purified p110α, p110β, p110δ, p110γ, mTOR, Abl, Hck, and Src with IC₅₀ values of 6.3 µM, 15 µM, 2.3 µM, 2.4 µM, 4.8 µM, 13 µM, 8.9 µM, and 11 µM, respectively^[1].
