PKCζ-IN-1 (compound 9) inhibits recombinant human PKC-ζ with an IC50 of 5.18 nM and shows 201-fold selectivity over recombinant human CDK-2[1].
PKCζ-IN-1 shows high selectivity over most recombinant human PKC isoforms relative to PKC-ζ, with only 10-fold selectivity over PKC-ι[1].
PKCζ-IN-1 (10 μM) exhibits significant crossover inhibition against kinases in a 37-member non-PKC kinase panel[1].

This protocol yields a clear solution of ≥ 5 mg/mL (saturation unknown).
Taking 1 mL working solution as an example, add 100 μL DMSO stock solution (50.0 mg/mL) to 400 μL PEG300, and mix evenly; then add 50 μL Tween-80 and mix evenly; then add 450 μL Saline to adjust the volume to 1 mL.
Preparation of Saline: Dissolve 0.9 g sodium chloride in ddH₂O and dilute to 100 mL to obtain a clear Saline solution.
