Antitumor agent-72 (compound 6w) (0-10 µM; 72 h; BxPC3, PC3 and MCF7 cells) has anticancer activity and inhibits cell viability in a dose-dependent manner[1].
Antitumor agent-72 (compound 6w) (0-10 µM; 24 h; BxPC3 cells) induces apoptosis through activation of caspase-3 and cleavage of PARP[1].
