Biological Activity
ATWLPPRAANLLMAAS (V3) (25-200 μM; 12-24 h) can inhibit the proliferation, viability, migration and invasion of human HCC (SMMC-7721, Huh-7) cells by inhibiting the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway, however, no significant effect was observed in HL-7702 cells[2]. ATWLPPRAANLLMAAS (200 µM; 24 h) increases apoptosis and decreases protein levels of H-RAS, phosphorylated (p)-RAF, p-MEK, and p-extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase (ERK) in human HCC (SMMC-7721, Huh-7) cells[2].
