Ceramide (Egg) downregulates or inhibits AKT, survivin, CDK2, mTOR, and FLIP. Ceramide (Egg) mediates apoptosis, autophagy, cell cycle arrest, mitochondrial dysfunction, redox state shifts, and ROS generation.
