Hispidin (20 µM, 25 hours) protects dopaminergic neurons from JNK activation-regulated mitochondrial-dependent apoptosis^[4].
Hispidin (3-30 μM, 7 hours) protects against hydrogen peroxide-induced apoptosis in H9c2 cardiomyocytes via the Akt/GSK-3β and ERK1/2 signaling pathways^[5].
Hispidin (2.5-20 μM, 24 hours) exerts a protective effect against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress in ARPE-19 cells through the Nrf2 signaling pathway^[6].

For the following dissolution methods, please ensure to first prepare a clear stock solution using an In Vitro approach and then sequentially add co-solvents:
